In Allentown, popular practices book routine cleanings weeks ahead, so call early or ask to be put on a cancellation list; emergency and walk-in clinics are the exception. Across Pennsylvania, a new-patient exam with X-rays and a cleaning typically runs from about $150 to $350 without insurance, and many offices publish new-patient specials on their websites. Check the listing for hours, whether the office takes your insurance or Medicaid, languages spoken, wheelchair access and parking, then confirm by phone: insurance networks and providers change more often than the listings do.

I typically dread going to the dentist, but Dr. Potterβs office completely changed that. The first thing I noticed was how spotless and well maintained everything is. the office is immaculate, and you can tell they take cleanliness and safety seriously at every step. From reception through the appointment and checkout, the entire staff was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable, which put me at ease right away. Itβs clear that patient safety and comfort are top priorities here. Hands down the best dental experience Iβve ever had. Highly recommend!

Two recent procedures and each one I was nervous and anxious. Both visits were so well done, by both Dr Potter and one of his staff. They put me at ease and provided the assurance I needed. I had no pain whatsoever, I was provided with the perfect amount of Novocain that I felt nothing!! Dr Potter was informative before and during my extraction, a thoughtful act that I really appreciated. I highly recommend his dental practice to everyone !!! He's professional yet he was also very friendly as we chatted about baseball (I was headed to an Iron Pigs game) right after my appointment. Dr Potter and his staff turned me into a relaxed βΊοΈ patient, and looking forward to future visits!! Thank you for being you!!!

I cannot recommend Dr. Potter and his team enough! I have always been very uncomfortable making decisions about dental work, but Dr. Potter went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and secure. He thoroughly explained all my options for optimal tooth health without any pressure. The entire staff is professional, and the care here is absolutely top-tier in the Lehigh Valley. Iβve been using them for a while now and I would not go anywhere else!

Dr. Potter, Kim, Cate, Tammy were incredibly nice and non-judgmental about not taking better care of my teeth and gums. I just completed the first half of my root scaling. Go back in 2 weeks for the other side. Exceptional staff!
